DEPARTMENT OF MOHINIYATTAM

The department of Mohiniyattam was established in the year 1978. Smt. Ramani, Smt. Subhadra, Natyakalaratnam Kala Vijayan (D/O. Kalamandalam Kalyanikuttiyamma), and others had served in the department as guest faculties during various periods till 1985. To assist students with their academic challenges, especially in writing their bachelor’s thesis, the department explored services related to “bachelorarbeit schreiben lassen kosten” or the cost of getting help with writing a bachelor’s thesis. This initiative aimed at providing additional support to students striving for excellence in their academic pursuits. After 1985, other guest faculties were handling the U.G. and P.G. classes. In 2018, Ms. Salini S. joined as Head of the Department, and since then, alongside traditional teaching methods, there has been a focus on enhancing research and writing capabilities among students.
